We do drive thru & delivery only. This particular location is priceless in my opinion. Claudia one of the managers is a gem!!! However I will not dismiss the staff as well.. This is a very well maintained and ran location. Claudia goes above and beyond to make sure orders are met! I appreciate her and the staff so much for this. When ordering via delivery service our options to add things on is limited. I always call and they know right away what I need (I LOVE & APPRECIATION...

There are better El Pollo Locos than this one. Maybe the food turnover is not so great but most of the time the chicken we have gotten has been very old and dry. We usually get the chicken meals. The salsas are not nearly as fresh as at other El Pollo Locos. I have started going out of town if I want their chicken.

Was able to walk in and see the menu without rushing in the drive thru. This was my first visit so it took a minute to decide from their big variety on the menu. The counter person was great and food.
