We have been going to Baskin Robbins for many years but lately one employee keeps charging us for each topping on the banana split. The advertisement says $8.99 with toppings but she insist that each topping is $1.00 & charges us $11.99. Other employees do not charge us. We are tired of argueing with her and the management needs to either change the picture sign or correct this person or we will go somewhere else.

Love the ice cream experience. I got their mother's making cookies... hands down my favorite flavor.Sadly, don't recommend eating a double scoop in a waffle cone while driving. Haha

September 2021

So today September 21,2021 my 88 year old In Laws went to 31 flavors to get two ice cream cones with one scoop of ice cream each. As my father in law walked out with cone in hand the ice cream fell off and landed in the parking lot. So my father in law walked back inside with his empty cone in hand. He explained to the lady what happened and she said ok, she took the empty cone from his hand and put another scoop of ice cream on it.
