I don’t usually write reviews, but the service here definitely deserves 5 stars. Gerald was so attentive, friendly, and really went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. And those almond pretzel bites with caramel dip? I’m totally obsessed—seriously, they’re like heaven!

These workers are AMAZING some use to be my regulars at the coffee shop I use to work at. Always fast, helpful and friendly. I truly took them for granted as the Tyler mall location has NOTHING on them. Food is actually edible (not raw) and tasty. So happy they got a remodel as it’s way more vibrant!!!

Always at 100. I don't understand how people give Wetzel's their money while Auntie Annie's exists. My favorites are Almond, Cinnamon & Sugar, and Jalapeño. They don't even need doing sauce. This location is a little pricier than some others, but I don't care enough to not buy one on the rare occasion that I'm in this mail getting my knives sharpened.
