I had a catering order for 10 pizzas I did and paid for days ahead of time. When it came to me picking up the order, the manager was just sitting there at the register doing nothing. When I told her I'm here to pick up the catering order, she said, "oh s***, that's today? Give me 20 mins." The pizzas were over 30mins late for the 1hr window I had in the party room for my daughter's 1st bday party, so we missed out on half the time I had paid for. The food is sub par , they burnt my pizza and it wasn't even busy , the mac n cheese was pretty much watery cheese soup. Customer service sucks the older lady who works there is so rude and will try to con you out of items that you PAID for if they mess up your order, an elderly lady was trying to use a coupon and had questions and she literally asked her "so are you going to order something or just stand in front my register" I was so appalled at this behavior I wish I could...read full review

The Mexican lady was mad that she had to make me whole pizza she had rude tone. I get my pizza in a cloed box I then get to my house And there a fly on my pizza. I go back to the store to talk about it when I saw she looked very sacred and nervous. Sabarro pleas do I investigationi it happen from 11:00am to 12 pm jul 24 I talked to Manger but she ignored me .
