“First time trying this place, and It was pretty good. I had got the pastrami melt, and they put a lot in it ! It took a while but when I received the food it was really hot so that was a plus. The staff I encountered that day were nice. They have a lot of options to choose from as well.“

“So .any food options and all that I've tasted are really good. Food prices...well I think all food prices are high and they charge for extra condiments (not cool ?). Parking is sometimes crowded, but rarely full. Overall...I would visit frequently if I were in Moreno Valley.
Wheelchair accessibility: Open air order system. No problems for wheel chairs.“

“burger was good, added brisket as a topping and it was buttery and delicious so i highly recommend adding brisket to your burger (might as well, its a bbq joint lol). Fries were terrible though, tasted old and were completely unsalted. had to salt them myself and throw em in the air fryer to make them edible.“

“Staff is on point they took my order calmly and let me use all my coupons I had. Was able to use multiple points I had in my account that the app sometimes doesnt allow to do many at once. Recommend this carls jr location its better that the other closer to me. 5 stars amd above.“

“One of ,if not thee best place in town for BBQ. I love their baby back ribs! And their sample plate is great! The cashier is so sweet and nice to us every time we come. The environment inside is like have a BBQ outside in a beautiful backyard. Give it a try ,you won't regret it!“

“Awesome is the word for it. The food is great and yes it's a little expensive but the price is worth it. The amount of food you get is a lot. There not selfish of there servings. Plus the employees were very helpful and kind. They always had employees walking around making sure everything and everyone was enjoying there meal. I give Charmer's 5 ????? Stars.“

“Poor excuse for a Greek salad.. no feta cheese. Instead a minimal amount of shredded cheese & an egg was added. I normally love the freshly cut lettuce & ingredients, not today. “The Jack app needs work…after waiting in the drive up 7 min, i was at the window 15 min waiting for the order that, it seems wasn’t prepared till I got to the window BAD!!!!!!!! The ultimate cheese burger was the BEST EVER! But y’all gave me the spicy tacos (WRONG) and an extra Chicken Sandwich (was perfect) and an extra Jr burger Soooooo y’all need to try a bit harder The app should work smoother“

“Nothing much has changed from this place, sat in the backside of the building. That's where you have a few couple long tables for buffet families. I even have pancakes like always tend to be really good here. Nice and fluffy and delicious this time around. I ordered the salad with the chicken that was also good. They gave us a ranch. Had better but for what it is. Service was okay because when you're on the outside of the room they tend to forget about you a little bit more. Plus they charge us the right bill so a little annoyed in that sense.“

“While the place itself is a little worn, especially the restrooms... the food and employees ate great! I highly recommend trying the toffee coffee, it was delicious!
