The topic should add above is SERVICE! Because I was turned away❗️😡
I stood line for a half an hour. Then just when I got up to the front to order, I saw a hand written sign that said, “Card Only”❗️😡 I said politely, “I didn’t see your sign until I actually waited in line and got up to the head of the line, I only have cash. I got a steak burrito and the steak was ice cold, so much that I actually thought the meat was raw. I didn’t realize that there was no salsa station that you had to pay for salsa unlike most places and other chipotles I’ve been too so I spent money on just a bag of chips. Won’t be coming back to this location and praying I don’t get salmonella.
I'm in love �! I love their food and the fact that it's almost all basically organic. It's super close to my house and you get a lot for your money. I wish the staff was friendlier though. None of the people who helped get our order were smiling or cheerful and pleasant except the cashier. They all had straight expressionless faces.
