I would give a 3.5 if possible. Food was a little better than average. If I was in the area I would go back. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. Shrimp was a little old, but decent flavor for Kung pow Shrimp. Egg flour soap was the highlight, as it was delicious. Fried rice and chow mein was average. The server was a little rude as I was inquiring questions about food and she seemed annoyed.
The food was pretty good and the service was good. But we were overcharged by about $20; we ordered fried rice and wontons for our little one but we were charged per person at the table, without being told about it.
I love eating here. I ate here for lunch. They have a lunch special which is pretty affordable. The jasmine tea is delicious with our meal.
Restrooms are clean. The decor is beautiful. The servers are quick and attentive. We got our food fast.
Parking: Plenty of space during lunch hours.
