Edo Sushi and Ramen is a cozy and welcoming gem, offering some of the best Japanese meals. The food is surprisingly good and feels like a warm hug. The ramen is hot, rich in flavor, and has lots of goodies, with the broth being amazing. Specific favorites include the ramen combo, Tokyo Tantanmen, and the Aka Tonkotsu, which is very flavorful. The noodles have the perfect chew. Sushi and sashimi are also great, with super fresh fish, tasty rice, and creative rolls. The Gyoza and Okonomiyaki with baked scallops are highly recommended dishes. A nice touch is the whole egg in the ramen without an extra charge. Service is kind, efficient, professional, and considerate, though one waiter seemed new. The place can be freezing inside, so warm clothes are suggested. It is perfect for a casual date night or a solo meal, and customers definitely plan to return.
