Awful management, how do you advertise free entrance with tickets and then they don’t open the doors. Such a scam, wouldn’t you make more money if you let everyone in? Alcohol consumption is the selling point not the cover charge. Duh! We left after waiting an hour. Imagine a group of 8 heavy drinkers looking forward to table service. Oh well your loss. Don’t go here! I won’t be going back.

I went on 4/12/2025 for the el as de la sierra event, so we showed up at about 12:30am with eventbrite tickets and I showed the gentleman in the front the QR code to get on, before even scanning he asked how much did I pay. I told him I got them thru eventbrite. He was like, well, they were only valet until 1030pm...
I showed him the time slot, and it never mentioned anything about it. It said it was good for the night 9pm-2am.
Be cautious if you do decide to go with those tickets.
I don't plan on going back.

They advertise that tickets are $20 before 10 but they don't open the doors till after. You'll be waiting in line before they even open just to get to the door and charge you $75 instead of $20 as advertised. Not even a vibe and totally unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Expensive ! If you go the day of the event it goes from $50 dollars online ...... to $80 dollars at the door.
Plus they will not take any of your Cards.
Therefore their ATM will charge you $4 dollars on top of those $30 extra you are paying the day of.

Your bank will also charge you for using their ATM( Foreign ATM to the bank)

It is fine to raise prices at the door but $30 more when they could just raise $5 or &10 more?

Well it says they open at 9 but they opened at 10 then some short security was going to the back of the line and told them if u want to come in front u have pay 20 more dollars and then tried to insult me when I said why didn’t he say that to us we were in the middle and plus in the flyer or online it never says that and then when we went in it was packed of people and some were standing behind everything in place is vip and restroom was so hot no air what so ever and then they charge for parking to park in the parking lot money hungry place first and last time I go

Really, very bad service, they have no coordination, 2:30 hours and a half to enter, they do not give you information or answers, why so long to enter and they check you as if you were emigration ??????????????? ???????????????????????????
