It's Boba Time

I’ve been going here for a while and overall the drinks have been decent and enjoyable but i noticed whenever the short darker tone hispanic girl with glasses makes my drink, it always comes out very low quality and unsatisfying. She doesn’t even fill up the drink all the way up and the taste is always off compared to how the other workers have made them. Very disappointing whenever she makes my drink

Today’s surprise visit turned into a Delicious Smoothie experience! Coconut strawberry smoothie is a MUST TRY!!

The manager with the hazel eyes and bangs is super sweet. I’m always going and she always giving the best customer service. Definitely recommend to go! 💕

The cashier was very rude and I ordered two things and it took an hour I am very disappointed in the “experience”

Delicious drinks and great service!

I love this place but walkin into this store February 15th and one of the workers turning and speaking negatively about me as if I wasn’t going to hear her complaining about serving me was almost laughable and I’m not sure if she gave my order to someone that didn’t have such a nasty attitude towards me but it was utterly disgusting. I come to this store as much as I do because it where my dad would bring my niece my father died December 13th 2024 I often come there when I’m missing him most . But after February 15th I will never step foot in this shop again you guys need to teach servers how to treat people and how to act when customers are present. I wasn’t going to even write this review but the more I thought about it the more I felt like no I’m going to say something because I’m sure I’m not the first person they’ve done this to but I might be the only person that says something now that I have I’m done with this whole establishment. Good day . And to think every time I come into this shop I’m ordering $50 plus dollars worth of things on your menu . That’s perfectly fine I won’t spend not one more penny in this place.

Awesome place!

I don’t remember the girls name I didn’t see a name tag, however petite younger girl gave me great suggestions for coming in for the first time. She had great energy and was very polite. Above all smiled genuinely, that kind of customer service keeps me coming back because it feel a lot more comfortable and I give me the impression that store appreciate me coming in to purchase drinks or snack at their store. Hands down will be back just because of her awesome service.

Been going here for a while. Really love the place and the workers are nice. And I can get my moneys worth of drinks here. I don’t see why so many people complain about service or prices. Awesome place.

Came in to order boba, 2 workers stared at me, no acknowledgement. So i went use their computer. As soon as the next person comes in, "hi welcome." And of course, those who came later got their drinks before me.

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE! Very disappointed in my service SMH. Upon arrival customers are not greeted. Very disorganized lobby & checkin process. I order my PB Acai Bowl via boba time app before arrival & still had to wait for it to made in the crowded lobby. When handed to me there was no offer for a bag or a spoon until I asked. When I opened the bowl, the bowl half empty & the strawberries were old & slimy. I was so grossed out! I walked in and showed the girl at the counter, she FROWNED AT ME, DID NOT APOLOGIZE & replace the strawberries with blue berries then taped up my bowl with "do not tamper tape" lol. Very very RUDE, the blueberries weren't fresh either. I used to come alot but, now the service & quality of food sucks. I will not waist my money here again. Who's the manager? Train better customer service & check your food to make sure its not rotten before giving out to customers & making them ill.
