It's Boba Time

I love this place but walkin into this store February 15th and one of the workers turning and speaking negatively about me as if I wasn’t going to hear her complaining about serving me was almost laughable and I’m not sure if she gave my order to someone that didn’t have such a nasty attitude towards me but it was utterly disgusting. I come to this store as much as I do because it where my dad would bring my niece my father died December 13th 2024 I often come there when I’m missing him most . But after February 15th I will never step foot in this shop again you guys need to teach servers how to treat people and how to act when customers are present. I wasn’t going to even write this review but the more I thought about it the more I felt like no I’m going to say something because I’m sure I’m not the first person they’ve done this to but I might be the only person that says something now that I have I’m done with this whole establishment. Good day . And to think every time I come into this shop I’m ordering $50 plus dollars worth of things on your menu . That’s perfectly fine I won’t spend not one more penny in this place.

Very consistent. 99% of the drinks I got were good

Awesome place!

I don’t remember the girls name I didn’t see a name tag, however petite younger girl gave me great suggestions for coming in for the first time. She had great energy and was very polite. Above all smiled genuinely, that kind of customer service keeps me coming back because it feel a lot more comfortable and I give me the impression that store appreciate me coming in to purchase drinks or snack at their store. Hands down will be back just because of her awesome service.

Been going here for a while. Really love the place and the workers are nice. And I can get my moneys worth of drinks here. I don’t see why so many people complain about service or prices. Awesome place.

Came in to order boba, 2 workers stared at me, no acknowledgement. So i went use their computer. As soon as the next person comes in, "hi welcome." And of course, those who came later got their drinks before me.

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE! Very disappointed in my service SMH. Upon arrival customers are not greeted. Very disorganized lobby & checkin process. I order my PB Acai Bowl via boba time app before arrival & still had to wait for it to made in the crowded lobby. When handed to me there was no offer for a bag or a spoon until I asked. When I opened the bowl, the bowl half empty & the strawberries were old & slimy. I was so grossed out! I walked in and showed the girl at the counter, she FROWNED AT ME, DID NOT APOLOGIZE & replace the strawberries with blue berries then taped up my bowl with "do not tamper tape" lol. Very very RUDE, the blueberries weren't fresh either. I used to come alot but, now the service & quality of food sucks. I will not waist my money here again. Who's the manager? Train better customer service & check your food to make sure its not rotten before giving out to customers & making them ill.

You order on a kiosk. Don’t even interact with the employees. Bobba is really sweet even if you get the not so sweet options. My kids enjoy it, myself but that much.

No ice in your beverage is a $1 extra fee.. i think it is ridiculous.the drink is nice though

After coming here a couple of times, heres some things that ive noticed. First of all, theyve given me and my family the wrong size drinks multiple times now. The first time it happened it wasnt that big of a deal since i noticed it and went back. But when i went back in, they already knew they made a mistake before i said anything. The young man who i assume got my drink wrong, offered to give me a fresh large drink, but the girl next to him just grabbed my smaller sized one and poured it into a larger cup in front of me.Second of all, this isnt really a bad thing but I ordered a mango slush and it has more of a smoothie texture. The drink was very liquidy and thick like a smoothie. But it didnt have much ice or “slushie” texture to it. Maybe thats just how their drinks come, but its a lot different from their pictures.Other than that though, i still enjoy their drinks a lot. But I’ll just stick with their fruit teas. I recommend getting anything with the mango jelly as well. It’s super good and they’re in the shape of cute stars. I mostly come here because their fruit drinks are pretty good, and they have decent larger sizes. If you want a slush drink though, id recommend you go to boba st.

Pretty good sometimes not cold enough. Slow.slow slow. Alot of bodies, alot of talking but no communication with orders. They have Games to play while you wait(grab the stuffed animal) b/c they know its gonna take a while so spend more money on games while you wait.
