The Jack app needs work…after waiting in the drive up 7 min, i was at the window 15 min waiting for the order that, it seems wasn’t prepared till I got to the window
BAD!!!!!!!!
The ultimate cheese burger was the BEST EVER!
But y’all gave me the spicy tacos (WRONG) and an extra Chicken Sandwich (was perfect) and an extra Jr burger

Mendi Yoshikawa I came on here to complain about store #188 only to realize your entire feed is filled with complaints. They charged us $4.39 for something that clearly shows $3.39 on the menu. When we pointed out the discrepancy they argued and refused to refund the difference. This is poor business practice. This isn't the first time and they aren't correcting it on their menu.
