I want to share my experience at this place, I went today with my parents to get ice-cream. I got a single scoop Starbucks/caramel flavored ice-cream. When I left, already a couple streets away, I notice two strands of hair in my icecream, one longer and one shorter. I go back to the place and tell one of the employees, “My icecream has a hair in it”, that same employee tells her manager, “the icecream has a hair in it”. The manager looks at the hair and looks at me, then says, “it looks a little red, it’s not yours?” I immediately nod my head and say “no it’s not mine”. She says “okay give her another one”. So the original employee I was talking to gives me another scoop of the same ice-cream. After all I wasn’t really hungry for icecream anymore. I go home and give the icecream to my younger brother and as he starts reaching towards the bottom, still not finished eating, he says there’s a hair in the icecream once again. I was in complete shock. I wait for my parents to see the icecream, I explain everything and my dad calls the place. He explains the situation about my visit to the manager, she recalls the incident and says “yea we gave her a new ice-cream, but another?, we cannot give another”. My dad said “no I don’t want another ice-cream, I’m calling to inform you that the ice-cream has hairs in it once again”. She then implied that it was mine but it wasn’t!! The only thing I gain from this is disgust, absolute disgust. As a good customer service, no matter if I get 100 hairs in each ice-cream, the customer service always has to be good, they should apologize for the hair instead of accusing me of putting a hair in it. For future customers, I hope that they take accountability and apologize if this ever happens to someone else.

Wrost customer service

This is a hard one. I have been really sick and stuck in bed for 7 days and I had always wanted to try this place. I went in the lady to help me on Wednesday around 6:00 p.m. was super kind very friendly. I got two items one of which was a aqua fresca. Which I was so excited about. I get a drink carrier and pay and get in my car. When I got home 3 minutes later I noticed that my drink was almost completely empty and in my seat. The cup had a pretty large crack around the bottom of it. What was left was delicious just like my other item I had gotten. This is where I have issues I called the next day to see if I could get the drink replaced and I got transferred to two different people both of which did not understand my problem and I got nowhere after 15 minutes. Last night I went in since I had to go to stater Brothers and the same exact thing happened. Pretend English and I am not one too explain myself anymore than I did and my lack of Spanish speaking ability got me all the way to the register with a replacement drink that I was asked to pay for again after so much explanation....

Delicious desserts and snacks

The food was delicious very clean inside as well. I ordered nachos agua de pepino and agua de fresa.

Items are great but their speed to attend is terrible. Took about 10 minutes to get together some corn in a cup. The line is also long so be prepared to wait about 30 minutes to order, and another at least 15 - 30 minutes to get your items. Service can be faster but the staff is chit chatting and getting distracted. One of the staff members also looked very confused with everything that was ordered to her. Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Service could be so much better if you have more than just two distracted staff.

Omggg this place is amazing really hit it reminds of my childhood days in Mexico , very clean place,the girls we're very nice and friendly ,and our ice cream order was delicious next time am in town definitely coming back thank you

Great service and amazing flavors. The workers and managers are very understanding and super friendly. Lots of things to choose from. I love the brownie ice cream.
