Pupuseria Suchitlan serves great tasting pupusas and curtido. The salsa actually has a kick, and the curtido was fresh, flavorful, and not skimpy. The pupusas were perfectly moist, not dry, with a great balance of filling to masa. The chicharrón y queso was a standout—savory, rich, and packed with flavor. The revuelta with everything absolutely delivered. The salsa de tomate is on point, both non spicy and spicy options. The curtido is perfectly seasoned with the right amount of acidity and crunch. The pan con pollo is another great choice, with well seasoned chicken and a rare yet authentic addition of bero. They also offer horchata de morro and delicious ensalada. First time customers found the pupusas real good, with a very decent price. The pupusas are like a warm hug, and the food makes you forget how many calories are in it. Highly recommended; customers bought a 1 1/2 dozen of chicharrón and revueltas. This place doesn’t cut corners and is the kind of spot that keeps you coming back.
