“I visited Cava around 8 PM on a Tuesday night (pretty busy time) and from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the supervisor, who genuinely asked how my day was, no small talk just for show, but a real conversation. What blew me away was the whole team’s energy. Brandon Janessa, Alex, Nina - and others who were busy cleaning, yet when I asked for help, they stopped immediately to assist, no hesitation. They made sure I had all the info I needed, even with a line behind me. Everyone pitched in, sharing their favorite menu items and making me feel like I was the only customer in that moment. The atmosphere was spotless, and it felt like a team that loved their work. After chatting with the supervisor afterward, it was clear she’s proud of them, and she should be. I left feeling truly welcomed, with delicious food and the sense that this is a place I’ll absolutely return to.“

“absolutely incredible service!! had a wonderful dinner with my family here (two adults & two teens), a simple meal but still memorable. Our server, Kylie, was absolutely wonderful. “I don’t even live in California, but I had to leave a review. My nephew was staying in the PICU at this hospital and I wanted to send him and my sister dinner through Uber Eats. The driver never delivered the meal to the receptionist, but to the order pickup shelf at this Panera. I called and Lizzie was an angel on earth and took the order up to the PICU to my nephews room.
