Customer service was great, we were acknowledged immediately. Both the cashier and the employee that packaged and handed us our order were friendly and helpful. We did have a few substitutions in our order and the order was completely accurate, food was fresh, flavor was very good and they had a nice selection of beverages.
My family & I love the Habit.
The food is delicious, hot and made perfect.

I get the fries a little extra crispy. It's the only fast food place I've ever been to that give you that. The onion rings are decent. My habit is to get a fifty fifty first fries and onion rings, with Tropical Tea and half strawberry limeade.

Habit Burger & Grill offers a great dining experience with friendly and competent staff. The food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is balanced and inviting, with music playing in the background but never too loud. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The menu offers a variety of options, including the BBQ Char with fries and a large soda, which is a popular choice. However, some customers have expressed concerns about additional fees for condiments, which may impact their willingness to return. The service can be slow, with a long wait to get food, and some find the quality comparable to Carl's Jr or Jack, with the fried avocado being terrible and burgers adequate for fast food. The team is praised, with Jose being particularly patient when taking orders, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
