This morning definitely wasn’t our morning. Between getting everything ready for our baby shower this weekend and my wife accidentally ordering her drink hot instead of iced, it felt like one thing after another.
Thankfully, Victoria (Torie) came to the rescue! She was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. Her positive attitude completely turned our day around. Customer service like hers is exactly why we’ll be coming back to this Starbucks.
