How can a Starbucks NOT have coffee? NO PIKES Roast, No Blonde Roast, No Christmas Blend. Unacceptable.
Posting this for my friend because she didn't want to cause a fuss but what was said to her was extremely rude! Horrible customer service! Granted, she showed up 4 mins. Till closing at 8pm but they did not have to speak to her the way they did. If I could post a screen shot of her rant I would.
