Ordered a footlong with extra meat thru the app and my sandwich looked wimpy 😕 what's the use of paying an extra $3.60 for extra meat?!?!...it looked like there was barely anything in it...smh...I remember when Subway sandwiches were one of my favorites...not anymore

This location is always quick, respectful and when I order for pickup it's ready before I arrive.

I was there I had over $50 on my order and I pay with a $100 and didn’t take it cause they don’t take the bills/ latter came back another day to make a different order it was 9 and I ask for a sandwich toasted and they said the toaster didn’t work only cold sandwiches, I assume it was because they were cleaning to close already .

Won’t be coming to this location anymore there’s a lady there that forces you to pick a sandwich from the menu and will not let you order it how you like it. You have to get the sandwich how it shows on the menu and will not let you add any extra toppings to your sandwich this is the only location that does this. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of this. I asked for a rotisserie chicken sandwich and she said I have 2 for you to choose from. This is ridiculous service will never be coming here again

Today around 9:45pm walked in the subway to order a foot long turkey sandwich. Aaron, I believe that was his name. Aaron provided an outstanding customer service with a great smile. Honestly I haven't experienced such a great customer customer service with such a great vibe at subway in years. Aaron deserves a raise for going such an amazing job dealing with customers. Subway location #3031 on alessandro blvd .

You cannot serve brown lettuce whilted tomatoes, cucumbers etc...drowning in water and serving discolored meat and old wateres tuna. I have came to this location several times and this is a serious issue especially when I have to throw my food away and take pictures. Either your refrigeration is is incorrect or youre serving bad veges and meats on purpose to save money I have asked why are you serving these old veges meats etc.... and YOUR employees have stated that they are told to serve it. Your store manager on 6/11/25 Seems to always have a bad attitude and does not want to handle complaints. If you are to cheap to serve good food then get out the business. People do not and should not be served old food. Your products should ALWAYS be fresh b/c thatd what we pay for and you ahould be concerned about the health risks. Get out the business if you don't care. But dont put peoples health at risk or there pockets. We spend OUR hard earned money at your establishmet to keep YOU in business so do us a favor and serve us proper food. Pictures upon request. But I will give to health department. Its been too many occurences.. and I love subway just dislike how the owner allows trash to be served.¹

Came in at 10am on Tuesday and I was treated very rude like by an older lady. Everything I asked for seemed to agitate her and even got sassy. If she doesn't want to be there then she shouldn't stay any longer.

It sucks not being able to get the sandwich I wanted because all their veggies were so old and bad. I came once before today and the veggies looked similarly old and soggy, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and came again just to be as disappointed as I was last time. Idk how they still operating with old food. Customer service is ass and nobody seems to try to make the consumer satisfied. Subway takes the L.

Didn’t get the right sandwich. When I got home they had given me the wrong sandwich. They didn’t know who’s sandwich were theirs. They mixed up all the sandwiches and kept opening them and I still got the wrong sandwich. Very disappointed!!!!!!

They didn't add my tomato's to my pick up order
