I finally got to try The Bowl Sushi & Grill and I’m so glad I did! This spot really surprised me with how fresh and authentic everything tasted. You can tell they put care into the quality of their fish and the way each dish is prepared.

Midsummer night’s mid. I had the combo plate and miso soup. Meat was bland, sauce was watery and flavorless, “veggies” were 90% peppers and onions. Miso soup was watery and flavorless. Usually love seaweed but the seaweed in the soup was gross. The big roll had no eel (maybe a speck), the “tempura shrimp” was small and 2 of the pieces were exclusively tail, and then it was all crab. Barely spicy tuna and avo on top. The rice was thick.
