Incorrect drive thru order and when call to complain....and don't make correct.
Ordered two frosties (chocolate and vanilla) Waited 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru. They gave us melted frosties, so we asked for fresh. Got home and the chocolate had a sour taste to it, whether it wasn't done mixing or bad!? Vanilla wasn't great either, very disappointing!
