I ordered my food in Glendale to stop by and pick up. I ordered at 1:07 it’s 1:56 and just arrived the food is not ready. There is a waiting list for over 50 min delays. No one at the front to check in customer on updates for orders. Just back and forth. The soda needs syrup and there is no lids There’s no discount or compensation for the delay. Just say sorry.

It’s a sad promise of fast delivery yet they cannot deliver on anything that Wingstop promotes

I ordered online so I was able to just pick up and skip the wait as they promote, my order said it was gonna be ready from 11:12-11:17 I didn’t get my food until 11:40 so ridiculous they were just gossiping the whole entire time

Love this place typically, definitely not a dine-in kind of atmosphere at this location. I just had some wingstop and unfortunately right when I finished, I ate some medium long brown/black hair. Never had this happen before so I'm disappointed. Please cover your hair before cooking.

This is by far the worst Wingstop I've ever been too!! I stopped coming to this location and mistakenly placed an order here recently and was devastated. The location is absolute chaos, orders are never ready on time, people were complaining about their food being undercooked, and they had a book to write peoples names who complain to get them next time?? Crazy. I will make sure to never place an order here again!
