Bro seriously the people suck they rolled they're eyes because I asked for ranch because they didn't give me any and they got mad I asked for a large fry and not a regular and they said they ran out of ranch but gave some to othe coustumes and the food was raw Denys
Disgusting there was a hair in my food and I called for a refund they told me I need to take the food back and I live 25 mins away. Manager Yesenia gave attitude for no reason over the refund. Never going here again.

Do not order for delivery from this location. We ordered on a Saturday. The delivery never showed up. I called six times, and they said I had the wrong location. On Monday, I called again on 11/17, spoke to the staff, and was placed on hold twice for 30 minutes to speak with the manager. I finally had to call my bank to dispute the charges.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a wing stop walk in no greeting from worker. Stood at counter for 15-20 mins before seeing any works. When the gentleman came out ask here to pick or place order. Told him place an order acted like I was inconveniencing him. He called for a different employee to take the order. Suzette (the one that took the order) was great smiles and very polite. Got the food chicken was hard as a rock. Corporate really needs to do something with this store to better it

Poor customer service walked in no one greeted like normal wingstops stood in line just to be ignored by the person that was working the counter other people had to yell behind the counter to get her attention she helped them and went back and started conversating with the other employees and begin texting on her phone without acknowledging me I had to ask for a manager to make a complaint worst Wingstop I've been in very bad customer service

So I decided to give this Wingstop another try just one more time because my husband wanted it like ASAP so the first thing I said was please do not give him no big pieces of chicken give him the regular size small pieces he ended up with three regular size pieces of chicken and three super plump chicken After I asked her to give me regular pieces of chicken, we all know the chicken when they dig like that they pushed the steroids and all kind of stuff

Never again. Placed order for fries for my daughter when we got it it was cold . They refried same fries and gave us burnt and dried fries. Location is dirty and sticky.

I'm surprised this location is still open! Their food was NOT fresh. Cold french fries (looked old) with no seasoning, and the chicken was COMPLETELY dry. I couldn't even bite into the chicken (not an exaggeration). When the bag was given to me, it was sealed with a sticker, so I thought it was fresh, given that I waited in-store about 20-25 minutes. On the way home I opened the bag and noticed. I gave the restaurant a call to notify them, and the manger on duty was very understandable and kind. A credit was issued to me for my next visit. Of course, when I returned they stated that they could not find my credit, even with my receipt and documentation of who I spoke with. Again, very disappointed in not only the food, but the customer service. Not to mention the restaurant did not look appealing/clean. AND business licenses and permits that are on display are expired (I suggested they update this). Good luck calling their corporate number that they give you. They are just as bad. That will be my last visit.

I ordered 40 pieces of chicken, 7 pieces out of the 40 had to be cooked atleast 10 times(maybe left over in the fryer). When I called to speak with a manager to next day the lady who answered the phone said there is no store manager till the next day. The lady did not seem to be apologetic at all although I told her I didn't want a refund of any kind. I will never come back to this wingstop again. Not to mention it wasn't the cleanest. I would give this place 0 stars if it was available.
