Use to be great. They cut down allot on the portions and prices went up. Customer service varies on who is in charge at the moment. There is a rude employee that a short lady that does drive thru 🙄 and is in charge

I ordered food and they got my order wrong so I called it in, talked to the manager they told me to come back and they will fix it because they knew the new guy did it wrong. So I said im all the way in mead valley/ hwy 74 and its a long trip for me if I can go in the next day. I took my plate back the next day w the food untouched and my receipt. Habanero chicken is way too spicy for me. They remade my meal free but I paid for extra sauces and a drink. Well they give me a sauce w hair and mold like this thing had to be under a desk or something but I felt she did it because I brought back my order. I love yishinoya and will drive the long drive but that day the lady was rude and dismissive. Also thats not safe who knows what that was.

Came in at 8:15pm with hours clearly posted that they are open til 10pm. We went straight to the bathroom before ordering and were given trouble to use the bathroom. We are traveling! We ordered dine in for a family of 6, when we were told half the dining room was closed (ok no big deal). We ate and my daughter had to use the bathroom before we left (8:45pm by this time) and were told the bathrooms were closed. Also while we were dining many people came in and were told they were only offered to go… health code is that bathrooms are open during operating hours.

My first comment is that the food was excellent. I had the two protein combo dish with beef and habanero chicken it was delicious. The staff were very friendly. My only gripe would be the atmosphere The tables weren't really cleaned off very well and there was incessant music playing loudly to the point where you couldn't hear the person announced names for food pickup. I'll probably stop in for food again but I won't ever eat in there again.
