“Very happy groom here! My spouse and I just got married at Boulder Ridge this weekend and are still on cloud 9 from our amazing wedding cake!! We worked closely with Debbie and Elisha to try their flavors and design the cake. The appointment we had was efficient and dare I say the most fun vendor appointment of our wedding planning journey! We went with a 3-tier cake with all the flavors that we love: a) chocolate mousse b) vanilla hazelnut and c) tuxedo cappuccino. We tried the first two as we saved and froze our tuxedo tier to eat next year. Our guests shared that they loved the cake and I agree that it was moist and flavorful! Aside from the taste, the look of the cake was so dang elegant exactly what we were looking for in a timeless design. They also provided the gold cake stand which added an additional touch of class and matched our gold/white/blue wedding colors.
