What’s the point of having online ordering if employees are just going to ignore you when you come in to pick up the order?
Very fast and freindly
I was just there about 25 mins agao. First, there was this guy who just cut me and went ahead and start ordering. I ordered one egg roll and a bowl with teriyaki chicken and I also got a drink the pomegranate one, they forgot to give me sauces even though I told them to, I asked them for chili sauce and teriyaki sauce, but there was none in the bag. How am I supposed to eat this dry? Money wasted.

The restaurant's friendly and attentive staff work to provide a welcoming atmosphere, with enthusiastic employees willing to offer samples of new dishes. The dining area and bathrooms are always clean, and the food is consistently available and fresh. While the noise level can be quite high, making it difficult to hear staff when placing orders, the overall experience is positive, with good service and a consistent menu across locations.
