I come here frequently and every time my drink is always made correctly. Unfortunately I was desperate for coffee this morning and I went to the Starbucks Safeway in San Jose and by the time I was on my way to Morgan Hill I realized she made me a white hot chocolate and not a white chocolate mocha. I was super bummed and regretful that I didn't just wait to get coffee at this Starbucks, I figured I'd ask and see if they could remake my drink and wasn't expecting...
Understaffed. There was no one to take the order for a good 11 minutes.
