Morro Bay Lobster is a fantastic food trailer located right on the pier in a cute downtown area. The Connecticut Lobster roll is absolutely delicious and amazing, with lobster that melts in your mouth. The bread is buttery and crisp. They do not skimp on the lobster, creating a super fantastic and flavorful sandwich. Both the hot and cold rolls are great. The fries are really delicious, super thin, and almost crispy. The apple coleslaw is one of the best, and the lemonade is a perfect balance of sweet and sour. The owner is extremely nice and passionate, carefully sourcing fresh ingredients. Service is quick, with plenty of spots nearby to sit down. It is hands down some of the best food, and they are creating addicts.
