Breakfast pancakes were uninspiring, spongy and the syrup was clearly not maple as advertised. Other dishes looked as if they may have been better. Service was prompt and friendly at least, a bit on the expensive side for the quality, I felt.

This is your classic American diner where your cup of coffee will always be full, a large menu of breakfast dishes, and a friendly vibe. I got to their spinach croissant scramble.The dish was filling and the crossant was pretty good. Nothing fancy but a nice meal to start the day. Prompt and friendly service on a weekday morning while on vacation.
Delicious food, great atmosphere and the staff was kind and helpful. I don't think there would be a bad thing on the menu. The owner has his life story, so check out the books when you leave. Very interesting story about hard work and determination.

This is the first time we came to Morro Bay, I wanted to try the breakfast here with my wife, and we came to the right place. The staffs here are very friendly and attentive. I originally wanted to try their Pancakes, but I ask our server Sandy what she recommend me to try, she said their Waffles, so I did and I loved it, it's one of the best I had in years. My wife had the Denver Omelette and it was delicious also. We met the owner Gordon, one of the friendliest man I know. We will definitely come back again.
