Giovanni's Fish Market has the building now. No more pancakes, french toast or frittatas. Walk up window and outside tables only. Good fried fish and potatoes. Little expensive, Beer $5 for a small draft.

Breakfast pancakes were uninspiring, spongy and the syrup was clearly not maple as advertised. Other dishes looked as if they may have been better. Service was prompt and friendly at least, a bit on the expensive side for the quality, I felt.
