Really enjoyed our meal at the Galley. Martinis were big and well made. Oysters, swordfish and rockfish were well cooked (well the fish, that is). Service was friendly, informative and efficient. All-in-all it was a great dinner for our first night in Morrow Bay.
Of all the eateries along the marina I chose this one because it had what I wanted, either fish and chips or fish tacos. I walked in without a ressie and was seated. While the place seems small the table placement is spaced apart enough to be comfortable.
The plate presentations were pretty. The food was good, not 5 star but for a tourist on the water eatery it was good.

Food was good but was lacking sauces in my opinion. Crab cakes needed a lemon herb aoili or something like instead of the coulis it came with. Scallops were phenomenal and the mud pie was delicious. Our server, Tiana was great. Very kind and knowledgeable and helpful with menu selections. The view here is stunning as well.
