This place was AWESOME!!! We stopped on the way to Carmel by the Sea. We got the birria tacos and the Al pastor with pineapple and they were so delicious and fresh. The meats were cooked perfectly! We also got the chips and salsa and all of the salsas were delicious and the chips were perfect. We got the horchata which was perfectly refreshing. Lastly, the owner was SO kind and appreciative that we made the stop!! We hope to be back!
The Birria tacos are one of if not the best around. Served with their consommé which just adds to the richness of the tacos. Even the bean burrito is packed with flavor. Whenever in the Moss Landing area I make sure to stop at the Flamingo truck.
Me and my family were on a road trip and when looking for a place to eat, we couldn't find a better place to eat. The food was amazing and the workers were kind and very helpful. The place was right off the road, which is very helpful when on a road trip! This is the perfect place to eat if you're in a hurry or taking your time.
