Came here on the recommendation of our hotel concierge as we were going to elkhorn slough. Great recommendation! Had the eggs benedict with skirt steak, and it was delicious. Buttermilk pancakes for my daughter were fantastic, and my wife had Dave's omelette and loved it. Overall I would come back here again and again, but do not live close enough, so it may just be today and again tomorrow. Then I'll have to wait for my next trip down highway 1.

My partner and I stopped by this café before going to the aquarium. We loved it! It was our first time having fried artichokes and we loved them!

The sweet and spicy calamari had amazing sauce, the jalapeño peppers were spicy, the fish and chips were tasty good size serving, fried artichokes were very yummy, the skirt steak was tender but a little over marinated. Beer was nice and cold.Vegetarian options: Fried artichokes and maybe saladsParking: Your either park along the street, I wasn’t sure about a parking lot, however there was one in between this restaurant and another.Kid-friendliness: It’s a small diner, not a huge menu selection for them.

Great place for an easy and quick breakfast. Food was great! It's small and you get a home town feel. Would make this a regular spot if I lived here. Owner is actively involved in this small business!

We eat here 3times a month . Breakfast are hearty portions. The chefs are very good , good flavors , and many specials of the day . The muffin options are great if you don't want toast , Pancakes plate size . I always get a mermosa . They also serve lunch with many seafood options for sandwiches and more ! Good service , new owner ! Building a patio for garden like atmosphere. We love the rustic look of the Mosslanding fisherman's cafe .

Superb!Everything you could ask for was there and they’re famous fried artichoke cards were to die for! So crispy is so crunchy and so delicious! All of the condiments you could ask for were on the table, plenty of napkins, delicious iced tea! The waitress was so attentive we were gonna ask for baggie to bring some food for our doggies and she anticipates that without us even having to ask. Simply superb!

I see I'm not the only one who was shocked at the price of a cup of coffee. That is ridiculous!!! It asn't even good coffee. We ate there a couple times this past weekend and I'll tell you what I thought. First I know prices are high for meals on the coast but a couple items were just overpriced. I got the deep fried artichoke hearts and loved them!!! My cesar salad was terrible. I went to eat the rest a couple hours later and even being refrigerated it was mush already. My husbands turkey sandwhich was good. For that meal it was about $48 plus tip. That's pretty high. Only got an ice tea with the meals. Breakfast burrito is the best deal on the menu and the burrito was a good size!! My chicken fried steak was overcooked and the breading was over spiced. Hashbrowns barely cooked and the eggs as well. That was the meal I found out about the coffee price. That breakfast plus two coffes was $45 plus tip. Service was great and it was close to our hotel. Just be aware it's expensive to eat there.

This place is the real deal!! I am a central coast, local, I placed an order over the phone for a crispy chicken sandwich towards closing. When I picked it up, the staff was friendly, and I was amazed at how fresh my chicken sandwich was. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone passing through or local to the area. I give this five star rating because they are truly amazing!! Tristan's Cookies and Cream is also really delicious for a sweet treat and is walking distance from the café.

Moss Landing Cafe has good food but a dishonest menu. The coffee price on the menu is $3.25 but you are charged $4.25 for a cup of coffee. Ridiculously high price. I couldn't get them to honor the menu price so I took it off of the tip. It isn't the money, it is the dishonesty and greed. The server deserved a full tip but the new owner took care of that. Be sure to compare your bill with the menu. Who knows how greedy and dishonest the new owner is.

Fresh perfectly seasoned food prepared with care and delivered by friendly staff in a welcoming environment. Chicken Fried steak had the perfect amount of breading, gravy was light not greasy or pre made and had a great fresh sage flavor. Biscuits are fluffy and butter. Coffee was superb, light and fresh. Go support a true small local gem of a restaurantParking: Park on the right side streetKid-friendliness: My niece got French toast and loved it. Texas yellow toast with a nice sear

I have been here before, but it's been eons. We stopped in today on a flyer. His was good, mine was average. He had fish (Sea Bass) and eggs poached. Also came with hash browns and toast. His was tasty, tartar sauce was really good too. I got the Artichoke scramble and it was meh. The artichokes tasted like they came out of a can. Weird since they are grown down the street? It was very bacon forward, the bacon was ok. The salsa was unceremoniously dumped on top, and it wasn't very good. Overall it just wasn't very good. The hash browns were loose and not crisp or seasoned. The coffee was good. The server was nice but was swamped so his coffee sat empty for a bit. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. Plenty of condiments on the table, which is nice so you don't have to ask. I like that that this is a local spot. We will be back and I will get something else.
