An absolute oasis in an otherwise boring stretch of highway along the central coast. I literally drive 15 miles from my house in Carmel to sit among the plants and leave the world behind for a while and recharge my mental batteries. You actually forget that you're just feet away from a highway. The owners are gracious and wonderful, the vibe is relaxing, the food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the merchandise expresses a passion for the area and sustainable lifestyle.
Good coffee and had some of their baked good. High end place with a boutique on one side. The man that took my order was a bit of a snob and condescending which is why I’m giving less stars. The menu had categories that read as “chais and macchiatos, lattes and mochas” so I asked if they had a caramel macchiato since I was craving something sweet. What a beautiful oasis right on the road! The coffee is fantastic, and the pastries look incredibly tempting (didn't order any, sticking to my keto diet?). The space itself is so inviting, with every detail showing the care and love put into it. I absolutely love it!
