We had a matcha and they gave us something in full green. We told them why it is this color and if they had poured anything different in it and they said no. The matcha tasted terrible and it was either a very very bad quality ( which I doubt) or a very stale one ( most possibly). I literally tasted a half spoon and got sick for a few hours. Terrible taste. We threw it out instantly and left. It is a pity. The store looks good but they don't want to keep the customers. They could literally buy some very cheap matcha from Costco and serve! It would have cost them less than a bad review for their poor and unacceptable service.

This was the worst mocha I've ever had, it tasted like watered down hot cocoa. I won't be returning.

What a beautiful oasis right on the road! The coffee is fantastic, and the pastries look incredibly tempting (didn't order any, sticking to my keto diet?). The space itself is so inviting, with every detail showing the care and love put into it. I absolutely love it!

I asked them to warm up my bakery items and they did not. Trying to get someone's attention to ask them to do so was very difficult, nobody seemed perceptive I was standing there waiting for help. I left.

On a cold rainy day. Ordered coffee and Kelly's Cinnamon Roll ($5.50). Seating was all taken by college kids using their laptops and the free internet. A table finally became available and we grabbed empty chairs from the tables where the kids sat. By the way, it didn't appear they were eating anything nor a coffee cup in sight.

An absolute oasis in an otherwise boring stretch of highway along the central coast. I literally drive 15 miles from my house in Carmel to sit among the plants and leave the world behind for a while and recharge my mental batteries. You actually forget that you're just feet away from a highway. The owners are gracious and wonderful, the vibe is relaxing, the food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the merchandise expresses a passion for the area and sustainable lifestyle.

Good coffee and had some of their baked good. High end place with a boutique on one side. The man that took my order was a bit of a snob and condescending which is why I’m giving less stars. The menu had categories that read as “chais and macchiatos, lattes and mochas” so I asked if they had a caramel macchiato since I was craving something sweet. He sarcastically said “like the Starbucks drink?” Caramel macchiatos are not exclusive to Starbucks. Plus he didn’t need to be a jerk. The menu did not specify what type of macchiatos they offer. If they don’t want questions then their menu should be more specific. He ended up suggesting a vanilla latte (which I guess they had and apparently is not considered a “Starbucks drink”). I drove all the way from Watsonville just to check this place out and I will think twice before stopping again because of the jerk behind the counter.
