The older short manager with red hair is beyond rude. Was in town for camping, waited 20 minutes for one sandwich she didn’t give me the right sandwich and was yelling at me when I asked how long the wait would be. I told her I understood it’s not her fault they’re short staffed and she still yelled at me. Don’t like working fast food? Get a new job…

We got in to town around 10pm and everywhere else in Mt Shasta on a Thursday closes at 9pm. Given that this was the only option, I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great, food was made fresh, and Danielle was in high spirits and took care of us. Love her night shift energy. Given the late night circumstances, I would definitely recommend stopping by if you need a quick meal.

It's so expensive to eat at fast food restaurants so I'll just eat at dine in restaurants from now on . $29 dollars for 2 whopper meals . Looks like Denny's and Applebee's and black bear .

Came in at lunch time and it was super busy. There were only 3 ladies working and they were working soooo hard to get everyone order out quickly!! And even in a high stress situation they were so friendly and kind and just gave amazing customer service!! Thanks again ladies for being truly shining stars!!

Shout out to Darius . Great cheff and overall food.
No one in the dining area and all tables were dirty or greasy. Huge cob web by the front corner window. The cashier was prompt but kind of snippy. Food was hot and tasted decent.

UNBEFRICKINGLEVIABLE!!! Out of the 10-12 times stopping to grab a bite....Only TWO times have they actually been open...and accepting orders...? Mount Shasta doesn't have other fast food options either. If the posted hours say you close at 11pm... STAY OPEN UNTIL 11PM. Nobody cares that you're short staffed....or whatever your excuses are... 3 employees are sufficient to take...make...and bag an order... Come on management... step up your game...HIRE decent employees...FIRE lazy, unmotivated, rude employees...
Can't specify dine in, take out, or delivery. Add...LEFT HUNGRY to the choices. What did I get??? NOT A DARN THING! How much did I spend per person? $5 in fuel. I won't bother commenting further...You get my point. (Have it my way? Blahahahahahaha)

NO STARS......no access to the lobby. Drive-thru service was horrible. So rude. No ketchup. No ranch. If I had known that I would have ordered different items. I ordered two 12 piece firey mozzarella sticks.....I got one marinara sauce. She was very rude about it. Our whoppers were made with sourdough bread instead of a regular bun. Again.....if we knew that we would have ordered something else. We will never go there again. Not like anyone cares to do anything about the situation. I could tell there was no point in confronting her about her conduct. So damn rude though. NO STARS should be an option.
