UNBEFRICKINGLEVIABLE!!! Out of the 10-12 times stopping to grab a bite....Only TWO times have they actually been open...and accepting orders...? Mount Shasta doesn't have other fast food options either. If the posted hours say you close at 11pm... STAY OPEN UNTIL 11PM. Nobody cares that you're short staffed....or whatever your excuses are... 3 employees are sufficient to take...make...and bag an order... Come on management... step up your game...HIRE decent employees...FIRE lazy, unmotivated, rude employees...

NO STARS......no access to the lobby. Drive-thru service was horrible. So rude. No ketchup. No ranch. If I had known that I would have ordered different items. I ordered two 12 piece firey mozzarella sticks.....I got one marinara sauce. She was very rude about it. Our whoppers were made with sourdough bread instead of a regular bun. Again.....if we knew that we would have ordered something else. We will never go there again. Not like anyone cares to do anything about the situation. I could tell there was no point in confronting her about her conduct. So damn rude though. NO STARS should be an option.

I don't know who's running the restaurant this morning but she's horrid! She's yelling at the employees in front of customers and it's disgusting. She needs to find a new job, preferably not working with people!! The poor cashier omg ? I'd have walked out if someone yelled at me like that in front of people, truly, she REALLY shouldn't be a supervisor if this is how she is.
Also the kitchen wasn't ready to be open, so it's currently 20mins after opening, and I'm still waiting for my food. Truly, corporate should take a close look at this location.

Brought kids in to have a burger but an employee with a shaved head and glasses who was really slovenly was very loud and every other word was horrible curse words. He just kept spewing terrible language until we had to leave.
Such constant vulgarity should not be allowed in a family place like Burger King.
I was very disappointed to experience it. We won't be coming back.
