I recently went to Josefina's Taqueria Taco Truck and was totally impressed! The tacos and nachos were delicious. Made with fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned meat.. The staff were friendly and quick, ensuring we didn't wait long. The area around the truck was clean, and there were a few spots to sit and enjoy the food. Overall, I felt the prices were reasonable for the generous portions. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're in the area!"

The people working were friendly and they made the food fast. Everything seemed fresh and was decent. My only real issue was that there was no heat or any kick. Also the price was quite a bit. $4 for a street taco seems a little high. I will be back to try something spicier next time, and maybe my review will change.

The absolute BEST Al Pastor burrito I’ve ever had in my life. I had to come back after I was done eating buy something else just to give them more business and enjoy the awesomeness. You can’t be disappointed here, the meat is flavored perfectly and cut perfectly and everything is super fresh. I’m sad they only have one location in Mt. Shasta and I hope they expand open something up in Redding too one day soon!

There are a couple of picnic tables with benches and a canopy out in the open air. The food was good, and it was nice talking to you these dual language, Spanish, and English speakers.
Parking: The parking lot is near Rite Aid.
