This was a wonderful surprise. We had heard they have new/old owners and decided to give them a try. We arrived for Happy Hour and enjoyed a Margarita and Beer. Then the food arrived. The Mochete was amazing and a very large portion. The beans and rice were flavorful and fresh. Husbands Enchiladas were also delicious. Our waitress was sooooo sweet and knows so much about the area. We will definitely be going back! This is the closest to Authentic Mexican food I have...

As of March 2023, La Perla has the best Mexican food in Mt Shasta City. The street tacos are simple, but on-point with handmade tortillas. The birria is tasty and enchiladas are hot and made with enchilada sauce from scratch (not a can).
Parking: Only room for a handful of cars, but you can park down the street
