We stayed in the RV section across the street from the general store. It was a very nice spot. We were with a group of friends in RVs. We were scattered in different locations because we wanted different amenities. We had a blast and visited each others camp. Everyone was so friendly even the sheriff. I do believe that it’s all in attitude, but really from checking in, store, restaurant, lake and even boat rental was outstanding.

The cabin was horribly cleaned and it was filthy. The staff was very rude and helpful. We tried to call them for three hours with no answer. Staff does not know what they’re doing. We tried to leave the first night we got there because you were very unhappy and they said oh sorry your stuff for for two nights. We do not recommend going here. I will never come back.

Don't get the pizza. The crust is tough and tastes packaged, the cheese seems fake and the one size pizza (medium-ish) is $27. That seems like a lot for poor quality.

Not “quality family time” as their website advertises. Be prepared to answer kids’ questions about multiple level display with bi signs saying “weed” and coffee mugs with “wake and bake” marijuana pipe built in coffee mugs and other marijuana promoting products. Seriously is this a family campground or a pot shop? See attached picture in pizza shop on-site and decide if this is where you want your family vacation to be.

This place is awful. Beware that they do not issue credits on boat rentals with a couple day notice and if you have a funeral to go too with family. We won’t ever use them in the future! Use the Railroad Resort instead of booking with this company.

We are locals, but our stay in your cabins this weekend was such a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we can’t thank you all enough for your hard work and great attitudes. A special thank you to Etta who is always so kind to us! Beautiful spot, great amenities, fun extras like nightly movies, rope swing, splash zone, live music, patio boats, arcade, and the best soft serve ice cream around. Thank you all again! The lake and the views are beautiful. We stayed at a tent site and what a disappointment! I mean, let me say first that we had a great time, and that the sites have lots of pine trees for shade, but the bathrooms were soooo grossed, garbage didn’t even fit into the bear bins, and the beach itself was packed with people, and that comes with lots of garbage everywhere. They should limit the amount of people for day entrance for the beach. It was not enjoyable. The water park for kids was really nice though. Nature is amazing but we manage to ruin the beauty and quiet of its grandeur

I wanted to be sure and give a current review because so many have given bad reviews. (I was honestly worried about camping at Lake Siskiyou just based on the negative reviews.) We had family staying in the tent area as well as others in the RV section, and one cabin. Everything ran very smoothly. Janitors cleaned the restrooms every morning and evening. Garbage was picked up every few days. It was not noisy past curfew. Teenagers did a bit of “hooping and hollering” each evening around dark, but always stopped within 1/2 hour. Security patrolled throughout the day and until 1:00 am. We were given the number of security in case anything was amiss. And at one time we were reported because we had our boat in camp. As soon as I told the lady who called me that we were packing up to leave 12 hours early because part of our family was sick, she was very understanding. Kids loved the obstacle course in the lake! We rented the recreation room and it was well worth the price. We had a family talent show and pot luck in there. However we also rented the lower BBQ area and it was NOT worth the money. We never used it. It isn’t kept in particularly good order. There was only a weird rope around it to distinguish it from the other picnic tables everywhere. And, it was a long way from the actually beach and lake. You couldn’t see the lake from those tables. Overall we give it 5 stars because it was a great place for a family reunion. We will definitely go back!

We rented the Marina House..@ first everything looked fine, 3 bedrooms, nice porch & even washer & dryer..but right away the moldy smell was horrible.. i cleaned some water off the floor & was amazed to see how dirty was the towel.I decided to clean the countertop & it was as dirty as the floor & our worst discovery was mouse p*** on the chopping board..it had 2 A/C window units, but there were really loud to the point that it was hard to fallen sleep…half of the lights in the house & the kitchen stove doesn’t work & not mention the sink in the master bedroom didn’t drain, the shower head just feel off & the sewer smell in the bathroom was horrible…the funny part is that the make us wait until 3:00 for the cleaning people.. that’s what i was told…For sure not worth it $295 a night and a total of over $1200 for 3 nights. On our second day I asked at the front office for the manager to give me a call & no one did…bad customer service & for sure we won’t be staying there again.
Our campsite had electrical issues and we were far away from our family. They were so nice and they ended up moving us. The maintenance people came right away and they were super responsive. It's a beautiful location

We had brought food and a little grill to cook hotdogs on and nowhere on the reservation were we told that wasn't allowed. We were not informed until boarding the boat as there was a sign next to the steering wheel of the boat. The lady that was out there was not very friendly at all. Other than that, the boat was fun for the kids and the lake was beautiful!

Made reservations for 5pm. Went to get our boat and was told the reservation is really at 530pm because they have to clean it first. You will need to confirm actual pick up time. Other than them not giving us the correct information, it was a good family experience on the pontoon.
