Pipeline was a great place. Cool interior, wonderful menu and awesome friendly, super attentive waitstaff.
My elderly parents split a sandwich and our waiter already had it in separate plates when she brought it out.
I had Lord of the Rings burger with fries and it was delicious.
The food was as good as Brew pubs in Corvallis and mountain resort towns in Colorado.
I highly recommend it.
Mt Shasta City is a beautiful small resort town
Nice place, cold beer and pretty good food. I got frustrated after 10 minutes not being able to get a beer . Finally I pushed my empty beer out to end of table and one of servers grabbed to cleanup. I wish I could give a better review 😔 . Arrived with my 5yr old and significant other, waited patiently to be seated. Pipeline Craft Taps & Kitchen is a popular restaurant known for its fresh and delicious food, extensive beer selection, and great service. Customers have enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the beet salad with goat cheese, ahi fish tacos, duck fat fries, and mac and cheese. The restaurant is often busy, especially during the snowboard ski season, but the food and presentation are consistently impressive. Diners appreciate the classic Pipeline Burger and the flavorful chicken sandwich, which stands out compared to fast food. The ahi bowl, especially with bistro steak, has received high praise, with many noting its phenomenal sesame dressing. The ahi sandwich is also top-tier, with tender and fresh fish. Recently, customers have praised the ahi tacos with Sriracaha mayo sauce and the lamb burger. While the service may not be the fastest, staff members are friendly and attentive, and prices are very reasonable, making it a recommended destination for both lunch and dinner, where guests can also enjoy homemade sodas and a decent selection of wines and beer in a cheerful western style ambiance.
