This location is always giving me a limpy dry skimpy pizza. Half a large pizza should fill me up but I just eat the whole thing without getting full. Too much crust around the rim, not enough toppings and no cheese pull. Not happy with the quality of my pizzas from this location at all. I’ve ordered from here about five times and the pizza was only good one time. I always order for pickup and when I do at the provided time, it’s usually dried out and luke warm. Staff are always friendly at the counter but it doesn’t matter to me if the pizza sucks. I’d rather drive to the Weed location because it’s been around much longer and the pizza is always good.

I had a special request for my sweethearts birthday, so I asked if they could make a pizza in a shape of a heart and deliver it with a Bouquet of balloons to his workplace!!! They Nailed it! Thank you so very much! It made his day!

Good pizza. But,vee went at lunch and the buffet was nearly empty. About 15 minutes later a couple pizzas came out but a little saddened as we were looking forward to a couple slices of pizza and salad. The potatoes were never restocked.

It was our first time trying pizza factory since say cheese closed. sadly once we got the pizza home we noticed that the pizza wasn't fully cooked and there was still raw sticky dough throughout the pizza. dont know if it didn't get rotated enough while cooking or not but very disappointing for Halloween night dinner.

Oh my gosh!!! Pizza Factory is incredible!!! This is my first time staying in Mt Shasta. Usually I stay in Redding. But I wanted to get further north. So after I got to my hotel tonight I just wanted something easy for dinner. And I need gluten free. So I ordered a gluten free combo pizza from Pizza Factory. It not only was delivered hot and fresh it’s literally the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten!!! I may have to drive further north every time I go see my family from now on. The hotel is charming and the pizza is fantastic! How does it get any better?

Great food. Treated my staff on Pizza Factory's opening day. They actually had a power outage downtown. They called to advise me of the problem and then called me again when power was back on. Great service, great pizza and great customer service. Glad to have them in our town

So grateful for a good pizza restaurant in Mt. Shasta. The staff is friendly, the pizza is delicious and it's nice that they have ice cream for dessert. It's a nice atmosphere with TVs to watch sport games, beer on tap and arcade room/pool table. We will definitely go back.
