Good food and atmosphere does not make up for neglectful service. I stood at the so-called “pick-up area,” that was indicated by a sign they made, for a good 10 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help or was here for a pickup. Instead, I had to line up, go up to the cashier and ask for my pickup order, which even the cashier was not aware of. By then I was irritated at the lackluster service. The employees were courteous, but need to be more attentive to customers....
