Love this place soooo good
I work nearby and have been a few times, but there's always months in between visits. No matter how long it's been, they always remember me and about things I've ordered. They're always so nice and treat me wonderfully. The lasagna is amazing. Easily the classiest place with the best food on Castro

The friendly and hardworking staff provide great service in a quiet to lively atmosphere. This is a great local jewel for Italian! The food was delicious, as was the atmosphere and service. It was a wonderful first experience. The special lamb shank with risotto was incredibly tasty. The service is always attentive and timely. The owner is very visible and always friendly and welcoming. Many customers return for special occasions, enjoying outdoor seating on Castro St. and finding those experiences most satisfactory. John and his team are praised for their excellent service, especially for large group events. It's a go-to place for great food, a beautiful setting, and friendly service, making it a consistent choice for both big groups and intimate dinners. Highly recommend this restaurant.
