When you order a triple instead of a 3-scoop sundae because it's supposed to have more ice cream since you're paying more, but you end up with less than satisfying scoops, it gets 3 stars. Service was friendly, but for the price, there are better options, unless they start giving better portions.

Great experience and eye candy. Wonderful service. Thanks to America who let me taste several new flavors. The Strawberry cheese cake was splendid. Friendly vibe with patient staff. Check out their special cake section

Got the Cotton Candy scoop promo for free from the app. Good taste. Service was a bit confusing because we were not sure where the line starts and ends. The customer service was not anything special. The store is quite narrow and small, meaning the atmosphere was not great.
