Got the Cotton Candy scoop promo for free from the app. Good taste. Service was a bit confusing because we were not sure where the line starts and ends. The customer service was not anything special. The store is quite narrow and small, meaning the atmosphere was not great.

Every time my daughter gets in the mood for a little ice cream, this is our go-to spot. It's always clean, friendly and fast. On my last visit, it stood out because we were looking for assistance with a couple of smoothies we had received at a different BR location. I purchased them on the other side of town and they were not consumable because they were so poorly made. So I stopped here to get new ones. After finding out what happened, Lea was wonderful enough to assist...

America provided excellent service throughout our entire time there. As an employee who strives to provide excellent customer service in my job, I am always pleasantly surprised to see great customer service in a world where great customer service is rapidly decreasing. This will be our preferred Baskin Robbin’s, even though it’s not our closest.
