My personal favorite for boba tea. Jasmine milk tea is lovely.

The quality has been going downhill. You can increase the price to cover the cost, but don’t ruin the product that was once great.

Boba Bliss is my go to milk tea shop since is walking distance from work. The place is clean, modern and with plenty of in door and outdoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. Menu has seasonal items, coffee, teas and drinks that are more on the milk shake side. The tea is freshly brewed if you're like milk tea for the tea flavor. Boba is soft and chewy. Overall one of the best milk tea options out there.

Boba Bliss did an amazing job catering for a company event! Nikki, the catering coordinator, was wonderful during communication and on site setup and service. The guests enjoyed the wide variety of drinks Boba Bliss provided and had nothing but great things to say. 10/10 would recommend for catering and for great boba!!

Tea flavors are extremely mild couldn’t even taste the tea in my tropical passion fruit tea and it was not sweet at all despite getting max sweetness, also apple is a temperate fruit not tropical, why include it in the drink? Some of the worst fruit tea I’ve ever purchased. My gf got the Oreo drink which was also incredibly underwhelming tasted like milk with little parts of coco cookie in it but was overall incredibly bland. This place thrives off being aesthetically pleasing and having a fast service time because the beverages are terrible in taste. Not worth spending money here in my opinion.

Best boba ever

My favorite boba place anywhere! Anytime I'm visiting the Bay Area, I make a point to stop by to complete my trip. The ingredients are fresh, and it always tastes homemade. I'm a creme brulee fan and their creme brulee boba is almost worth the cross-country flight itself.

Excellent tasting drinks. Fresh, warm boba and great service. 5 stars for opening on Christmas Day!

The boba here is delicious. I am particularly fond of the crème brûlée drink

They don’t have too many options of hot drinks, but Pistachio matcha is so delicious! High quality of drinks. Definitely come back again to try more different flavors.

Okay.. this has got to be a place that is now one of my top favorites!

I really appreciate the self serve touch screen kiosk for people like me who may have a hard time seeing without their lense or contacts.

Wonderful customer service. The associate was warm and welcoming to all guest who entered and kindly let customers know if they had questions about anything to feel free to inquire.
