We liked the taste of their miso soup and raw sushi rolls, not so much the cooked ones (like the ones with shrimp tempura), as they were too sweet for our taste. Shrimp tempura itself was nice and crunchy, but completely bland. Not sure if it’s supposed to be that way? Seaweed salad was also good
I asked the hostess if there was a counter seat, since some sushi places have that type of set up. She mumbled something through her 3-years-past-Covid mask, and I gave up, couldn't understand her. I just sat wherever she put me.Waiter was nice. However, I never received any miso soup with my rainbow roll.The rainbow roll was very good, about like those I experienced in other restaurants. Good sushi joint. The rolls were of considerable size. I had the Mizu Jumbo and Green Dragon roll. They were delicious. For dessert, I had their Res Bean ice cream. I've never had it before but it wasn't so overwhelmingly sweet. It was right in the middle when it came to sweetness. It’s a large portion good for two, the ice cream.
