Amazing pan-Latin restaurant with an extensive menu and high quality food. The paellas are huge and packed with so many different proteins and maximum flavor. The interior is huge with also plenty of outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They serve free bread as well to whet your appetite.

TLDR: Worst Waiter Ever.
food was okay. But met the worst waiter I’ve ever seen. We had to ask for water, which is fine. But he stared at the screen throughout the checkout even though the machine was in my hand. Given the price and the time we had to wait, it’s the LEAST DECENT experience I’ve had at any restaurant.

Good food, good vibes and interesting flavoura.
I was shocked in a good way, by all the interesting twists on classic dishes and the vibrant flavors that they present.
The most surprising was the tamarind in a cocktail, that was amazing and twist that I would not have taught of, but did not regret trying!
Definitely recommend to try the ceviche and the virgin cocktails, as they are as good as the real stuff.

Happy hour snacks are pretty good.
We eat at Cascal at least twice a year, sometimes more, and for Spanish food, one of the best in the Bay Area (I have tried many). As good as eating in Spain. What else do I have to say?
We enjoyed the dining experience. The food was creative and tasty. But we would not return for dinner inside. Shortly after we arrived a band started playing. The music was good but it was way too loud. It was impossible to have a conversation even though we were in the far corner. Next time we will come when it's warmer so we will be comfortable outside. Or come at lunch when we can sit inside.
