Great place

I had ordered salad and there is was hardly any celery or spinach in the salad. This is the pathetic salad that, I have seen in my whole life!

Every time I’ve come here they’ve run out of veggies. And they flat out refuse to make new batch.

Quite possibly the most consistently bad Chipotle I’ve ever been in. They forget to add things (chips, sides of guacamole, items in bowls) and don’t seem to care when you point this out. The food itself is fine, although they run out of chips on the regular and if you order online, forget about getting cash back. You get a coupon for another experience where you have to hope NEXT time they get it right. At this moment, I’m waiting for them to make my order that the app said was ready. I walked in, two people looked at me and didn’t bother to ask what I needed. The third person told the fourth person to ask me what I was waiting for. He came up and asked, I told him the app says my order was ready in one bag, and he sauntered over to the order area and found my order. He and his co-worker are making it. It’s sad for whoever owns this branch; they must care about as much as these folks do.

Be warned. I no longer go to this specific Chipotle location. I recommend avoiding. This store is badly managed. Orders online are regularly screwed up. It seems like they don't care about the quality of service. Read other reviews for this same location and you will find the same.

Based on today’s experience, it seems like the recent (ongoing) chipotle news about smaller portions is real. I may not go as often as I used to, but this was unmistakably, and noticeably, the smallest burrito I’ve ever had from chipotle.

Go here if you want to be received by a bunch of rude teenagers. Cackling between each other like little girls over whatever you’re trying to bring to their attention. They take their job as a joke. I was given no receipt. She literally walked away before finishing my transaction. They were trying to give me burnt/mushy veggies and HORRIBLE customer service. No one had name badges. I wouldn’t come here if the food was free. Disgusting.
