Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful service.

Very rude personnel

I had a really unpleasant experience here. I asked to try a couple of ice cream samples, and after the second one, the staff rudely told me there’s a limit of three samples per person. I completely understand having a policy—but this is the first time I’ve ever seen such a limit in an ice cream shop! A tiny spoonful of ice cream is hardly worth being so unfriendly about. If they do want to enforce a rule, the respectful way would be to write it down and post it on the wall, not snap at customers. It left a really bad impression, and I won’t be returning.

This is our favorite spot for something sweet at the end of a long day. So may flavors and they serve you quickly, so the line should not deter you.

The last time I was there, the boss was making sure that the workers didn't fill the cups to the rim as I'd expect and as represented. Don't dare ask for a full cup; you'll be told that's what you get. The flavors are good, but the portions are stingy and inconsistent, and the workers are either rude or burnt out. I haven't been back, and the memories of my bad experiences there still haunt me.

I came today on my lunch break 2 hours after opening. I waited in like about 10 minutes before finding out that they only had about 7 flavors available. I didn't really want any of the flavors, but didn't want my break to be wasted so I got the honey lavender. It was good, but it was overly sweet and wasn't smooth; it had lumps of ice crystals and the rest was kind of watery. It's disappointing, especially since the other time I came here it was really good.

Stopped by for some gelato and was really impressed by the variety of flavors, especially the lactose-free (vegan) options. Got to try three samples, and all of them were smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced. It can be hard to find good dairy-free gelato, but they nailed the texture—creamy and satisfying without feeling icy or thin.

Service was friendly and efficient, and there was no long wait, making it an easy stop for a quick treat. The setting is nice, though more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to sit and linger.

If you’re lactose-intolerant or just love good gelato, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Delicious gelato!!!

We took our kid and few of her friends for gelato. Kids ordered few different flavors. The first 2 kids got the flavors they asked. The server got confused with the next order. The server gave green tea flavor instead of lychee. When the kid politely refused to take it as it wasn't the flavor she asked, the server made another cup with the desired flavor and threw it on the billing area. The kids were disappointed. Such rude behavior of server in front of little kids is inappropriate and unacceptable. We were in a hurry and weren't able to talk to the manager to report such rude behavior of the server.

Came here with my family after dinner!

Good
- So much variety! The regular gets you 3 flavors so more than enough to try
- Huge fan of the chocolate strawberry and the coconut macadamia nut flavors - nice and sweet
- Ample indoor seating and chairs, fast service
- Nice and bright interior

Bad
- The honey lavender flavor was just ok
- Overall the ice cream was very sweet and started to give me some regrets after I ate too much of it

Post lunch on Friday 15th Nov, We were on the look out for a Dessert Shop. We dropped into the Gelato outlet on Castro Street in Mountain View. I settled for Pistachio and Hazelnut flavours The Gelatos were value for money. Must try Gelatos that will satisfy your craving.
