I like the atmosphere here as it’s in a busy shopping center with Costco and other stores. Sadly I’ve been having issues with one of the employees. Please note all the other employees are great!! I went in 2 days before Valentine’s Day and received excellent customer service from a sweet Filipina lady who was great. I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years after moving from San Jose here to Mountain View. However there’s a little old Mexican lady who looks like a sweet abuela, but don’t be fooled!!! Each interaction I’ve had with her gets worse at the drive through area. Most recently ( Friday), around 11:30 am I pulled up and waited for the speaker to come on so I can give my order. After several minutes I pulled up to the window and explained to her that the speaker must be broken. Then it turned on for the car behind me. She rolled her eyes at me and rushed me through my order, like she always does and gives me an evil death glare. It makes me feel VERY uncomfortable especially with my social anxiety disorder. Definitely don’t feel safe or welcomed at all😿 I ordered 2 sour cream glazed cake donuts and 2 chocolate glazed with cream inside. She snatched the money from my hand, and I watched her grab several donuts that didn’t look fresh in any way. I was going to say something but she loudly said goodbye and because of my anxiety and non confrontational nature I drove away. When I opened the box, one chocolate cream donut was missing even though I was charged for it. The rest of the donuts were clearly quite old and stale. They basically were inedible and I threw them away. It’s really sad because when they’re good, they’re great!! It’s just that one employee who seems to really hate me. I’m scared to return, and feel like I need to find another local donut shop for my treat days. Very inconvenient since this is the only drive through donut place in town 🙄😫😫😫💔💔💔

I tried the sour cream glazed which was yummy. We ordered two donuts and coffee and the staff member said she was throwing in the glazed donuts but when I saw my credit card I’m pretty sure we paid for them!

Website says hot light hours are 5-7. But they dont honor it at 6. Very rude staff. Was a customer but prefer to go elsewhere now.
Donuts are amazing but service is very poor. They didn’t want to sell us 6 donuts. It had to be only 10 or 24 no other increments.
