The chai latte is a mild version, with less spices, not too sweet, I enjoyed it on that cold evening. The vegan banana muffin was not too dense/dry and quite fluffy, I had a couple of bites and went home, my cat devoured it when I steeped away, lol.
Cute spot with WiFi, all the baked goodies look fabulous. While grateful for a vegan option, if traditional bakeries put a little effort they could offer more interesting plant-based options. If you’re a professional with that level of expertise, it’s should be an interesting quest, there are many multiple vegan bakeries in Los Angeles, Paris and other cities. Check them out

The matcha raspberry individual cake was delicious! I was so excited to try it I forgot to snap a picture. The flavors were perfect & the cake wasn't dry in the least. I highly recommend checking them out!

They have fine desserts! My favourite was the pink lady with flavourful peaches inside the choux and nice cream on top.
I asked for an iced london fog but they didnt know how to make one… (it’s not hard) so I got an iced black tea for 6 whole dollars.
They work so slowly, I waited so long to order. Then after I ordered, I had to wait a long time again (15min) for my pastry and drink. I went up to them to ask about it and they apologized and threw in 2 extra desserts! Definitely made up for it :)
Good ambiance for working or chatting. I wanna try their coffee and croissants next time!

Hello everyone, my review is for Burlingame location. I want you to think twice before coming to this shop. Maybe the service is okay, and their cakes or cookies might be great, but the security is zero—there is absolutely no security. The other day, while I was eating cake here with my spouse, I went to the counter to place another order, and my glasses were stolen. Even though I kindly asked them several times, they refused to check the security cameras. Okay, they might be not obligated to tell me anything—but they could have at least checked. They didn’t. So if you’re coming here, keep a close eye on your valuables. They say there are security cameras installed, but apparently, they don’t even work. Please be extra careful with your belongings here. The service might be good, but the security is non-existent.

The manager was standing right in front of me and stared at his phone instead of fielding my question about cake orders.
I don't know why he was acting that way. It felt like he didn't think interacting with me would be worth the effort. To this day, I still have a hard time walking into this establishment.

I’ve been to this place twice and the customer service as other reviews mentioned has been really bad. Both times the person with glasses took our order. He rushed us to order quickly , didn’t answer any questions , seemed so annoyed by us like he was doing us a big favor. The food is decent but definitely not worth experiencing this treatment.
