Absolutely not acceptable just went back to give them a second chance and they have raised the price up 3 dollars for the lunch buffet with a soda 19.50 I paid 16.50 15 days ago used to be 14.75

The food that is part of the lunch buffet is cold they will not bring new hot pizza out. IF I am going to pay $16.00 I would like for it to taste good.

Lame service.. they didn't honor the 49 res special on Tuesday here after the game.. I placed an order online through the App.. the Indian gal at the counter just said" Oh I don't know about it" .. even after showing the online promotion with their location listed she said" Oh I just don't know! The box even shows the 49er logo the pizza was fine but still cost $30. I'll patronize another store next time.

I live right over the mountain Mike's in Santa Clara. I Googled it for a take out order. It usually routes me to the one in Santa Clara but for whatever reason it Sent my order to Mountain view. When I went to pick it up in SC, it turns out my order was sent to mountain view. I called mountain view and they would not refund me even though the nice guy at Santa Clara said that they usually do. So mountain view location has poor customer service for that.

This location doesn't handle popular times well. I ordered my pizza online, showed up way early and there was a queue of people about 10-12 deep either waiting for their food or waiting just to talk to someone. I left and came back about 5 minutes before promise time. I was told that my pizza would be put in line to go into the oven. It's now 50 minutes later and i was just told it would be 10 more minutes.

I usually never write reviews but had to, for this one. I ordered online on Mountain Mike's website and it sent the order to the store in Mountain View instead of Pleasanton. I called the Mountain View store, mentioned the mistake and asked if they could cancel the order or give me a credit for future. But the lady on phone was pretty stern saying that they cannot do anything. So much for customer service and politeness. Stay away from this store. Rude and unfriendly. I will reach out to the customer service at Mountain Mike's as well.
This is still my favorite Hawaiian Pizza around. Great salad bar too. Fun place to watch the game.

Ordered Cliff Hanger Sandwich with Louisiana Hot Sausage. There can't be 1/2 of a hot link on this sandwich. Terrible. Do not recommend.

This place has gone downhill. The food was not good and the service was terrible. Had to call twice asking where our order was the person said it'll be here in another 10 minutes. Live in the neighborhood had it delivered took an hour. Time to start looking elsewhere for pizza.
